Roll call in seconds, drift spotted early

Take the roll by tapping down the list. Each event gets a headcount, each member gets an attendance rate, and the members who have quietly stopped coming become visible before they are gone.

Leaders mark; everyone can view. In a club, attendance is group knowledge.

• Tap-to-cycle marking per event.
• Headcount per event.
• Attendance rate per member.
• Leaders record; everyone views.

• Running board elections your membership actually trusts — A secret ballot members believe: an eligible-voter roster fixed before nominations, majority or ranked choice decided up front, and a certified, minuted result.
• Running a chapter through recruitment, the year, and the handover — The chapter year as a system: a recruitment pipeline, a roster that survives graduation, attendance that catches drift, and a real officer handover.
• How to run a youth team's season without a group chat — A youth season as a system: one team list, the schedule on every family's calendar, RSVPs by a deadline, the roll, and no family sees another's number.
• Keeping a class's parents informed without a group chat or your own number — A class as a system: one list of families, dates on each family's calendar, notices that expire, replies that reach only you, and no parent sees another.

Attendance is one of the apps in the Chickadee Bandit library. Every household starts nearly empty and installs only what it uses; there is no per-app charge. Your data lives in your household's own private, encrypted database, with no ads and no data selling. Browse the Clubs & HOAs apps or read the source on GitHub.
