A guest log with overnight approval

For a shared house or an organization with a guest policy: members sign in their visitors with a type and a purpose, and check them out when they leave.

Overnight stays go to the leadership group for approval, and decisions are recorded in an append-only log, so a host can never approve their own guest. Members see only the guests they signed in; leadership sees the house.
