A medication tracker for the whole family
Track daily medications for every family member. Check off doses as they're taken; adults can see all children's schedules and manage their own sharing.
What Medications does
A shared record of who takes what and whether today's dose has been taken. Every adult sees every shared schedule, at home or in a care space; a child sees their own and ticks off their own doses.
It is built for the ordinary case, a household managing a few daily prescriptions, and for the harder one, where a caregiver needs to see at a glance that nothing has been missed.
How it works
- Daily medication schedules per family member.
- Check off doses as they are taken.
- Every adult sees every shared medication, ticks its doses and can change it. A child sees and ticks only their own.
- Adults add medications for themselves and for the children. A medication is shared with the other adults unless the person it is for marks it "Only me".
- A nudge at each scheduled time, to the person taking it or to whoever you choose, and the family members you name are told when a dose is still unticked thirty minutes late.
- In a care space shared between households, every adult sees the same list and ticks the same doses, so siblings keep a parent's medications together.
- A printable list of current medications, and of the doses ticked off, for a doctor or a pharmacist.
Who it's for

Guides that use Medications
- How siblings can coordinate care for an aging parent without a group text — Set up a care circle across households: a visit rotation, an observation log, medication nudges, a daily I'm-OK check, and the paperwork, in one place.
- Pets, plants, and everything else that needs doing on a schedule — Shared care fails one way: nobody can tell if it is already done. What to make visible so the dog is not fed twice and the fern not watered by three.
