Plan a renovation, a move, or a big purchase in one place
Plan a project — a renovation, a move, a big purchase — in one place: a budget of estimated-versus-actual line items, a checklist with deadlines and milestones, photos of how it went, and a log of what you decided and why.
What Projects does
A kitchen renovation is a budget, a checklist, a pile of photos, and a dozen decisions you will not remember making. This app holds all four for each project.
The budget tracks estimates against actuals so the committed total is honest: an unpaid line still counts at its estimate. Anyone who can see the project can tick off a task assigned to them.
How it works
- Estimated-versus-actual budget line items.
- A checklist with deadlines and milestones.
- Progress photos.
- A decision log: what you chose and why.
Who it's for
Households mid-renovation, mid-move, or mid-argument about the couch.

- Turning a reserve study into a funding plan your members trust — What a reserve study actually tells a board, why percent funded is a ratio and not a grade, and how to run the funding plan so the balances stay current.
