A family vacation planner with the confirmations attached

Collaborative family vacation planning — itinerary by day, per-person packing lists, shared notes, and booking confirmations in one place.

What Trip Planner does

Everything about the trip in one app: the day-by-day itinerary with times and confirmation codes, a packing list per person, the notes, and the booking PDFs.

Shared packing items like sunscreen and adapters can be pushed to the household grocery list, and confirmations are stored in the hub's shared documents.

How it works

  • Day-by-day itinerary with categorized items, times, confirmation codes, and booking links.
  • Per-member and shared packing lists with check-off.
  • Push shared packing items to the Grocery List.
  • Upload booking confirmations to shared documents.

Who it's for

The family member who always ends up holding the itinerary.

Part of the library

Trip Planner is one of the apps in the Chickadee Bandit library. Every household starts nearly empty and installs only what it uses; there is no per-app charge. Your data lives in your household's own private, encrypted database, with no ads and no data selling. Browse the Everyday apps or read the source on GitHub.
