A warranty and receipt vault with a nudge before coverage ends
A receipt and warranty vault for the things you own — purchase dates, serial numbers, receipt photos, and a heads-up before each warranty runs out.
What Warranty Vault does
'When did we buy the dishwasher, and is it still covered?' The answer is on a receipt somewhere. This app keeps the receipt photo, the purchase date, the serial number, and the warranty end date together for each item.
Receipts are stored in the household's shared documents under a Warranties folder, so they are also there when you need them for a return or a claim.
How it works
- Purchase date, price, serial number, and warranty expiry per item.
- Receipt photos, stored in the household's shared documents.
- A heads-up before each warranty runs out.
- Adults manage; everyone in the household can view.
Who it's for
Households that keep receipts in a drawer and would like to stop.

Works well with
Guides that use Warranty Vault
- Knowing what the household owns, and letting the rest of it go — Decluttering stalls at the decision, not the sorting. How to make letting go a household choice, and how to know what is in the freezer and on the card.
- Sharing a lake house with your siblings without fighting over it — A co-owned house in one shared space: weeks claimed fairly, costs split and saved for, upkeep logged, and the contents and warranties on record.
