Time-slot sign-ups people can book without an account

Type in the slots, or generate a timed run, and share the link. Visitors pick a time and enter their name. That is the whole flow, and it works for people who will never install anything.

Slot capacity is claimed atomically by the hub, so two people cannot take the same last spot. Booking rows can only be created through the share link, never altered by the app.
