A daily 'I'm OK' for someone living alone

A gentle daily 'I'm OK' check-in for someone living alone: they tap in on their own schedule, the care circle sees a shared status board with streaks, and if a check-in is missed past the window, designated family and confirmed external contacts get an alert. Free to install; the hub keeps watch and sends the alerts while your plan is active.

What Wellness Check-In does

For an aging parent, a partner who travels, or a housemate recovering from surgery: one tap a day says I'm OK, with an optional mood and note. The family sees a shared board and a streak.

If a check-in is missed past the window you set, designated family members and confirmed outside contacts get an email. It is the caregiver-facing counterpart to the private Check-In Switch.

How it works

  • One-tap daily check-in with optional mood and note.
  • A shared status board with streaks for the care circle.
  • Missed check-ins alert designated family and confirmed external contacts.
  • Adults set up the profile; the monitored person taps in.
